Last updated: 11/11/2025

This Privacy Policy describes how Leadnifier (operated by T2S Tecnologia, Soluções e Sistemas LTDA) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our platform. We are committed to complying with applicable privacy laws, including LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (EU), and CCPA/CPRA (California). By using the Service, you consent to these practices.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information in compliance with LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (EU), and CCPA/CPRA (California). Categories include: (a) Account data (e.g., name, email, password, or Google authentication details); (b) Lead data, which is the core focus of our platform: this includes contact information (e.g., name, email, phone number), demographic details (e.g., age, location, interests), and other relevant business data provided by sellers. Lead data is only collected with explicit opt-in consent from the original data subject or seller, ensuring compliance with privacy laws; sellers must confirm that leads are obtained legally and voluntarily (e.g., via forms or integrations). If you register a lead extractor tool, you may voluntarily grant permission to read data from your Google Sheets (e.g., for importing leads), which is revocable at any time through account settings; (c) Transaction data (e.g., payment details processed via Stripe, without storing full card info); (d) Usage data (e.g., IP address, device type, browsing patterns for security and analytics). We do not collect sensitive data (e.g., health or financial details beyond transactions) without explicit consent.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information, with a focus on lead data, in compliance with LGPD, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA: (a) To provide and improve the Service (e.g., manage accounts, process and distribute lead sales securely); (b) Facilitate transactions via Stripe (e.g., verify payments for lead purchases); (c) Send necessary communications (e.g., emails confirming lead registrations or purchases, without unsolicited marketing); (d) Analyze usage patterns to enhance platform functionality and detect fraud; (e) Comply with legal obligations, such as retaining lead transaction records for audits under privacy laws. Lead data is used solely for matching buyers and sellers, and only with verified opt-in consent; we do not use it for profiling or automated decisions without your explicit agreement.

3. Compliance with Privacy Laws

This Privacy Policy and Leadnifier's data processing practices are aligned with the following data protection legislations: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - (EU) 2016/679: Applicable to individuals in the European Economic Area. Leadnifier commits to ensuring the rights of data subjects as established by the GDPR, including the right to access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing, particularly for lead data shared across borders. General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD) - Law No. 13,709/2018: Applicable to the processing of personal data in Brazil. Leadnifier adheres to the principles and guarantees the rights of data subjects provided for in the LGPD, such as consent (when applicable, e.g., for lead registration), purpose, adequacy, necessity, free access, data quality, transparency, security, prevention, and non-discrimination, with special attention to opt-in for lead collection and sharing. United States of America Privacy Laws: Including, but not limited to, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). For California residents, Leadnifier guarantees the rights provided under the CCPA/CPRA, such as the right to know what personal information is collected (including lead details), the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information (although Leadnifier does not sell its users' personal information or lead data). Leadnifier also strives to comply with other applicable federal and state privacy laws.

4. Sharing Information

We share information, particularly lead data, only as necessary and in compliance with LGPD, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA: (a) With trusted service providers (e.g., Stripe for secure payment processing, Google for optional authentication or Sheets integration when permission is granted for lead extraction); (b) To buyers solely for completed lead transactions (limited to essential contact and demographic details, with seller's opt-in confirmation and buyer's agreement to privacy terms; no further sharing without consent); (c) For legal compliance (e.g., responding to subpoenas or regulatory requests under applicable laws); (d) In the event of business transfers (e.g., mergers or acquisitions, with notice to users). We never sell lead data or personal information to unrelated third parties; all sharing requires explicit consent where required by law.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures (e.g., encryption, access controls) to protect data. However, no system is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute protection. Report breaches to contact@leadnifer.com.
