These Terms of Use govern the use of the Leadnifier platform (Platform or Service), operated by T2S Tecnologia, Soluções e Sistemas LTDA (T2S, we or our). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By creating an account, registering leads, creating organizations, or conducting any transaction on the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable guidelines. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and T2S. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
Leadnifier is a lead brokering platform that allows authenticated users to create organizations (public or private), register leads (including contact information and relevant data), and sell them to other users. Private organizations require invitations for buyer access. The Service facilitates the search, purchase, and sale of leads in a one-time payment format via Stripe. The Platform does not verify lead conversions nor provide post-sale performance support; it focuses solely on registration, transaction, and lead distribution. Leads must be opt-in and compliant with LGPD and other privacy laws. Authentication occurs via email/password or Google.
You must be a natural person over 18 years old or a legally established entity to use the Service. You may not use the Platform if prohibited by applicable law, including international sanctions. Upon registration, you warrant that you will provide accurate information and will not represent third parties without authorization.
To access full features, create an account with a valid email and strong password, or use Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. T2S may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms without prior notice. Organizations created under your account are linked to you as the owner.
You may create public organizations (visible to all) or private ones (access via invitation), register leads with contact details and relevant information (e.g., interests, location), and list/sell leads. Buyers can search and acquire leads via one-time payment. Prohibitions:
Transactions use Stripe for one-time payments for acquired leads. Prices are set by selling organizations. T2S charges a 25% commission on the value of each lead sold. Sellers receive payments after commission deduction, with withdrawals available after reaching a minimum of R$100, via Stripe-supported methods (e.g., bank transfer). All payments are in Brazilian Reais (BRL). You are responsible for applicable taxes. Refunds are limited to valid disputes via Stripe; the Platform does not guarantee lead quality post-purchase.
The Platform and its content (including design, code, and trademarks) are owned by T2S or licensed. You grant T2S a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display leads registered by you. Sold leads transfer limited rights to the buyer for use per these Terms; intellectual property of the leads remains with the original seller. Do not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without written permission.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms. Leads must comply with LGPD, GDPR, and similar laws: obtain explicit consent for data collection and sharing. T2S processes data as necessary for the Service but is not responsible for misuse of leads by users. Notify data breaches to contact@leadnifer.com.
T2S does not guarantee that the Service is error-free or uninterrupted. The Service is provided "as is," without express or implied warranties. T2S is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profits damages arising from Service use, including lead failures or transactions. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months. You indemnify T2S for claims arising from your Service use.
Any dispute related to these Terms of Use will be resolved by arbitration in an international arbitration office, as agreed by the parties. You and Leadnifier agree to waive any right to litigate disputes in court or participate in class actions. These Terms are governed by Brazilian laws, without regard to conflict of laws. We may update these Terms periodically, notifying via email or on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Review regularly for updates.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties, superseding prior agreements. If any provision is invalid, the others remain in effect. T2S may assign these Terms without consent; you may not. Failure to exercise rights does not constitute waiver. The Service may be discontinued with prior notice.
